Delete Your TUANTY App Account
You can permanently delete your TUANTY App account directly inside the App.
Delete in the App
- Open TUANTY and sign in.
- Open My.
- Open Privacy & Data.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the warning and complete both confirmation steps.
The request applies to the account that is currently signed in. The App sends an authenticated deletion request and signs the deleted account out when the process succeeds.
Data Deleted or De-Identified
The deletion process removes the TUANTY account and account-linked private data, including pet profiles and records, saved recipe activity, uploads, support data, veterinarian-verification data, and other private App records associated with the account, subject to technical dependencies and legal requirements. Community posts and comments may be de-identified as “Deleted user” so conversation and moderation records do not incorrectly identify the former account holder.
The associated authentication account is also deleted or disabled so it cannot simply sign in again. Limited security, fraud-prevention, moderation-integrity, transaction, or legal records may be retained where required, with access restricted and identifying data minimized. Residual copies may remain temporarily in restricted backups until overwritten through normal backup cycles.
If You Cannot Access the App
Email info@tuanty.com with the subject TUANTY App Account Deletion Request. Do not send your password, verification code, authentication token, payment information, or identity document unless TUANTY support gives you a secure and necessary method. We may request limited information to verify account ownership.
