TUANTY App Terms of Use

Effective date: July 22, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the TUANTY mobile application and related App services provided by Tuanty Tech Inc (“TUANTY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction, and legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are not legally able to agree on your own, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account. Never share a verification code or authentication credential.

2. App License and Services

Subject to these Terms, TUANTY grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful personal purposes. TUANTY may provide pet profiles, health and care records, recipe-planning tools, saved recipes, community features, support workflows, veterinarian-verification workflows, privacy tools, notifications, and related services. Features may change, be suspended, or vary by location and App version.

3. Nutrition and Veterinary Disclaimer

TUANTY provides informational organization and nutrition-planning tools. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and does not provide emergency veterinary advice. Generated or displayed recipes may not be appropriate for every animal. Consult a licensed veterinarian before changing the diet or care of a pet with illness, allergies, pregnancy, medication use, serious symptoms, or special medical needs. For an emergency, contact a local emergency veterinary service immediately.

4. User Content and Community Rules

You retain applicable ownership rights in content you submit. You grant TUANTY a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, moderate, and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, protect, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights required to submit the content.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, threatening, sexually exploitative, malicious, or privacy-violating. TUANTY may review, restrict, reject, de-identify, or remove content and may limit accounts that violate these Terms or create safety or legal risk.

You can report posts or comments from their in-App menus and can block another user so that the blocked account's community content is no longer shown to you. You can review and reverse your blocks under My → Privacy & Data → Blocked Users. TUANTY reviews reports and may remove content or restrict accounts. 5. Veterinarian Verification

A verification badge indicates that submitted information passed TUANTY's review process at a point in time. It is not a guarantee of professional performance, current licensing status, or the suitability of advice. Users should independently verify professional credentials where appropriate. Verified users must keep submitted information accurate and current.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access or interfere with service operation.
• Scrape protected data, evade security controls, or probe systems without written authorization.
• Impersonate another person or misuse another user's information.
• Upload malware or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, rent, sell, or exploit the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may depend on third-party authentication, hosting, notification, media, security, and recipe-processing services. Your use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy. TUANTY is not responsible for third-party services beyond obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Availability and Changes

The App is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, network failures, third-party providers, security events, or legal requirements may affect availability. We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features. Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

9. Suspension, Termination, and Account Deletion

You may stop using the App or request account deletion at any time. TUANTY may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or a material violation of these Terms. Account deletion is available under My → Privacy & Data → Delete Account.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, TUANTY branding, interface, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license above, these Terms do not transfer TUANTY intellectual-property rights to you.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TUANTY disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TUANTY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use the App. TUANTY's aggregate liability for claims relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid TUANTY for the App services during the 12 months before the claim or US$100. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

13. Indemnity

Where permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses arising from your unlawful use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes another person's rights. This section does not apply to the extent prohibited by mandatory consumer law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Denver, Colorado will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law in your place of residence gives you the right to bring a claim in another forum or provides other non-waivable protections.

15. Apple App Store Terms

If you obtained the App through Apple's App Store, Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, maintenance, support, warranty, or claims relating to the App, except as required by applicable App Store terms or law. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the App-license provisions against you.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect service or legal changes. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
