I bought this fresh food machine for my mom cause she has a herniated disc and she insists on spending a lot of time everday making fresh food for her elderly dog Miya.

Tuanty claims it can prepare a fresh, ready-to-eat meal in under half an hour—all you have to do is prep the ingredients and press a button. That really appealed to me, and it’s why I bought it right away. I wanted to help my mom spend less time slaving away in the kitchen.
At first, I was worried she wouldn’t know how to use Tuanty, but she told me the machine is very easy to use—it usually only takes a few minutes to prepare the food, and the machine handles the rest.
Tuanty also very quiet. I think when I finish my work and return to Florida, I’ll buy one for my dog, too.

Honestly, I didn’t have much expectation of this product and the company in general due to their lack of communication in the beginning, but it exceeded my expectation today. The temp inside the bowl was always around 85C while it was cooking, ingredients were cooked well, and everything was evenly chopped for my 5 & 7lb dogs even at the “medium” setting.

Ordered recently and the package arrived much sooner than expected. Just started testing it today and the process seems pretty straightforward. Looking forward to using it regularly.

I have two adorable Corgis, Lady and Virgil. The thing that troubles me most about them is that their personalities are complete opposites—even when it comes to eating.
The older brother, Virgil, is a calm and very picky boy, while his younger sister, Lady, is a lively big eater. This means that preparing their meals is a real headache for me. Usually, when I give them the same dry food, Virgil will turn his nose up at it and walk away, while Lady can’t wait to devour both portions. And if I prepare tastier food for Virgil so he doesn’t get so hungry , Lady gets sulky because she feels she’s being treated unfairly.

I deeply understand the importance of fresh food for the health of cats and dogs. While I prepare a variety of delicious meals for myself every day—enjoying Italian, Chinese, and Spanish cuisine, and occasionally indulging in fried chicken and pizza—my cats and dogs are forced to eat the same compressed kibble day after day, made from meat meal and filled with additives, which they clearly have no interest in. This really makes me feel it’s incredibly unfair. Furthermore, I hope to use fresh food to address some of their health issues. To prevent them from suffering from conditions like cystitis, kidney problems, obesity, indigestion, or malnutrition, I’m committed to preparing fresh meals for them.

To conclusion： My experience with Tuanty has been great, but there are a few key points users should be aware of.

- My three —12-year-old Mi (neutered male cat), 1.5-year-old Ori (neutered male Border Collie), and 9-month-old Nomi (spayed female kitten)—are loyal Tuanty users. But my cat Niam hates all wet food from years ago, including fresh meals (so make sure your pet accepts fresh food before getting a Tuanty).

- The importance of a slow-feeding bowl: to prevent vomiting, especially in dogs, caused by eating too quickly.

- Food preparation: Whole sweet potatoes and carrots should not be shredded; it’s best to simply cut them into a few pieces.

- I recommend pairing it with a licking tray to keep your dog/cat entertained and help burn off energy.

Noticeable improvements:
Increased urine output—especially in my neutered male cat , who had previously suffered from cystitis.
Healthier, smaller stools.
Significantly reduced tear stains—Nomi, a 9-month-old British Shorthair, is prone to tear stains and requires special attention.
Greater appetite—Ori become noticeably more affectionate toward me.
Easier to prepare fresh meals—compared to the previous process of cutting, steaming, removing, mincing, and washing.

I had placed the order during the presale and the delivery took around two months. Finally received it last week and have started preparing food for my dog. The process is quite simple and convenient. My dog is liking the fresh meals and I feel more confident about the ingredients now.

The first time I used it, I was confused because I couldn’t completely clean the food scraps out of the orange compartment at the bottom of the Tuanty，since my old meat grinder often harbored bacteria because it was so hard to clean thoroughly. But...after reading the manual, I discovered that the Tuanty is completely disassemblable (even though I didn’t take it apart in the photos) and can be reassembled in seconds without any leakage issues. It’s truly a thoughtful design—I wish my other kitchen appliances were like this too. I don’t want my dog and I to still be eating food scraps from a month ago :)
