Refund policy
We want you to feel confident when shopping with Tuanty. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as when you received it
Returned in its original packaging
Returned with all included accessories, manuals, and materials
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging or included materials may not be eligible for a refund.

Please include your order number, the email address used for the order, and the reason for your return request.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send your item back before receiving return authorization from us.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at help@tuanty.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to make it right.
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible for a return, the item must remain unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, materials, and proof of purchase.
If the item has been used, damaged, or is not returned in its original condition, we may not be able to accept the return or issue a full refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
