TUANTY App Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Tuanty Tech Inc (“TUANTY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes information when you use the TUANTY mobile application and related App services. It supplements any privacy policy that applies separately to activity on the TUANTY online store.

1. Information You Provide

Depending on the features you choose to use, we may process:

• Account and profile information, such as an account identifier, email address, phone number, display name, profile image, language, time zone, and authentication status.
• Pet profiles, including name, species, breed, birth date, sex, weight, body condition, diet preferences, notes, and images.
• Pet health and care records, including weight, vaccination, deworming, medical, growth, reminder, allergy, and health-condition information.
• Recipe requests, selected ingredients, generated results, nutrition indicators, saved recipes, and recipe-consultation messages.
• Community posts, images, comments, likes, reports, and moderation status.
• Customer-support requests and replies.
• Veterinarian-verification applications, professional information, and credential images.
• Privacy, data-export, and account-deletion requests.

Do not upload information you do not have the right to provide. Avoid including unnecessary personal information in pet notes, community posts, support messages, or images.

2. Information Processed Automatically

We may process technical information needed to operate and protect the App, such as IP address, device and operating-system information, App version, language, time zone, request identifiers, authentication and app-integrity signals, push-notification tokens, crash diagnostics, security events, and service logs.

3. How We Use Information

• Authenticate users, maintain sessions, protect accounts, and prevent abuse.
• Provide pet profiles, health records, recipes, saved content, community, support, privacy, and veterinarian-verification workflows.
• Upload and deliver media selected by users.
• Send service and push notifications when permission is granted.
• Moderate community content and investigate safety, fraud, or policy issues.
• Respond to support, legal, and privacy requests.
• Maintain reliability, diagnose failures, improve security, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Nutrition and Veterinary Information

TUANTY provides informational organization and nutrition-planning tools. It does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or emergency advice. Consult a licensed veterinarian before changing the diet or care of an animal with illness, allergies, pregnancy, medication use, serious symptoms, or special medical needs.

5. Service Providers and Disclosures

We may use service providers for authentication and app integrity, cloud hosting and APIs, database services, media upload and delivery, push notifications, security diagnostics, and AI-assisted recipe processing. These may include Google/Firebase services, Cloudinary, cloud-infrastructure providers, TUANTY-operated backend services, and configured recipe or AI-processing providers.

We may disclose information when required by law; to protect users, TUANTY, or others; in connection with a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards; or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information and do not use App data for cross-app behavioral advertising.

6. Community Content

Content you publish to the community may be visible to other users together with your chosen profile information and any displayed verification badge. We may review, restrict, reject, de-identify, or remove content to enforce community rules, safety requirements, or legal obligations.

7. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, protect users, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention varies by data type and context. When an account is deleted, account-linked data is deleted or de-identified through the App deletion process, while limited security, fraud-prevention, moderation-integrity, transaction, or legal records may be retained where required. Residual copies may remain temporarily in restricted backups until they are overwritten through normal backup cycles.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion of personal information. The App provides data-summary, export, and account-deletion controls under My → Privacy & Data. You may also contact info@tuanty.com. We may verify your identity before completing a request.

9. Account Deletion

You can request deletion directly in the App under My → Privacy & Data → Delete Account. See our Account Deletion page for detailed steps and scope.

10. Permissions

The App may request access to photos or the camera when you choose to upload an image, and notification permission when you choose to receive alerts. You can change permissions in your device settings. Denying an optional permission limits only the related feature.

11. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Never send passwords, verification codes, authentication tokens, private keys, or payment information through support messages or email.

12. International Processing

Information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we use contractual or other safeguards recognized by applicable law. Mandatory privacy rights in your jurisdiction continue to apply.

13. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information without authorization required by law. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information improperly.

14. Changes

We may update this policy when App features, providers, or legal requirements change. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice where required.
